Option 1 – We will be your tenant
Our company will be your tenant under a commercial lease agreement and offers you the following advantages:

No vacancies – your rental income is guaranteed for the entire contract term.
We cover all maintenance costs up to £50 (incl. VAT).
The property is checked at least weekly by our cleaning team.
You can view the property as often as you like (24 hours' notice required).

Option 2 – We manage the property on your behalf as a short-term rental (like a regular real estate agent).
With this option, we market your property in the same way as with Option 1. However, the key differences are: The return varies monthly and can be higher than the guaranteed rent. All profit from short-term rentals, after deducting all costs and fees (e.g., utilities, linens, cleaning fees), goes to the owner. There is no minimum rental guarantee (meaning that if bookings are low, the return will be adjusted accordingly). All furnishings are paid for by the owner (we can provide and set them up as an additional service upon request). We receive 15% of the total gross income from bookings for your property. We are highly motivated to generate higher income for your property, as this is beneficial for both parties and results in a higher profit for you.

As a tenant, we guarantee the rental income and take care of the maintenance and upkeep of the property. As a co-landlord, we manage guest communication, bookings, cleaning and maintenance with the help of modern digital tools and our experienced team. So you can enjoy uncomplicated rental income without the usual hassle.
We take care of all necessary maintenance and repair work immediately so that your property is always in perfect condition. All guests present a valid ID, agree to our terms and conditions and have no right to rent, so we can remove them if necessary.
